Deposit of 50% due at time of booking.
Deposit is fully refundable up to final payment.
Final payment due 30 days prior arrival.
If guests cancel between 15 to 29 days of their check in date, they will receive 50% of their payment back.
No refund 14 days prior arrival.
You won’t need to go anywhere to pick up or -drop off keys. You will receive your personal keyless entry code two days prior to check in, in an email. If you need help with access or information at any time, don’t hesitate to contact us at 902-629-5642.
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You can request an earlier check in for a fee and is based on availability. Check out time is 10:00 am.
Must be 25 years or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification. Upon completion of a reservation, a confirmation number is supplied to the guest by email.

YES, our properties have Wi-Fi.
There is enough room for 3 parking places.
In order to respect our neighbors, we ask that you respect quite times from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This includes playing loud music.
Pets are not permitted on the property. It is a newly constructed cottage, and we want to create a safe place for those with allergies to pet dander.
Little Pond is a small community in Eastern PEI overlooking Boughton Bay in the Northumberland Strait.
You will pass by a few farms along the way but as you drive down Blackett Road past the last stand of trees, an oasis opens up with a tranquil waterview.
There are two beaches in Little Pond that you can enjoy during your stay.
The best beach is Sally’s Beach with white sand, hiking trails, and a nice bathroom. It is known for beachcombing and smaller crowds. It’s perfect for a family picnic.
Sally’s Beach is located at 736 Spry Point Road, Route 4, Spry Point, just a 5-minute drive from Sunset Retreat.
